Ive added cloves around the top for a nice simple prim look, attached a rusted wire handle with a rusted star dangler and filled it to the brim with orange spice scented rosehips and pods. Yummy!

~Pinkeep

My good friend Robin from Bird in the Hand Primitives inspired me to create these wonderful pin keeps. Made with an old zinc lid for a nice colonial make-do. Each has a button in the middle and comes with a handdrawn tag attached. Can be used as a pin cushion or simply as a display. Your choice of colors and if you would like a closer look at any of the prints I will gladly send you a picture.

Ive discovered a new love for needle felting. What fun this sheep pull toy was to make. The wagon is made from an old piece of barnwood with a leather string and measures 3 by 6. The sheep is made from fabric and felted with real sheep wool. His legs are crafted with rusted wire and mounted to the wagon. Around his neck you will find a piece of rusted wire with a tiny star attached.

A Mouse in a Strainer

Im having a mouse addiction! I have been scouring antique stores looking for the perfect homes for mice. This is one of my favorites in a nice old dark strainer. He sits proudly in the pocket surrounded by spanish moss. Around his neck he sports a rusted bell and holds a bouquet of real dried daisy like flowers. His ears, eyes and nose are stitched on floss and check out those whiskers! The strainer is 9 long and the overall piece stands 5. Please email for shipping cost to your address!
